Law Firms
AI is coming at the Law hard. Legal Services are going to have to change as clients are increasingly able to self-serve, or at the very least expect lawyers to be using technology to make work more efficient. And this is happening at the same time as many firms are going through structural transformations at the same time.
Creative Agencies
There are many parallels to the legal sector in the creative. Agencies will need to use technology to justify clients coming to them over working in-house and use their unique understanding of customers and human behaviour to be the 'insight in the loop' that makes the difference.
