I help people and organisations make the most of the opportunities presented by Artificial Intelligence.

I can do this through a range of engaging 1-hour to day-long workshops which get people up-to-speed on the capabilities of GenAI today and map that to their own work processes to identify areas where they can be more productive and efficient. Or I can work on a longer-term basis to develop entirely new ways of working - from process optimisation and bringing in new AI tools, to identifying new business models and revenue opportunities.

​Whilst, I am interested in the (very) big picture, the only way we start to see value creation from this new technology is to apply it very directly to the practical realities of our work. That is why I am particularly focusing on sectors and industries where I have particular experience - Sales & Marketing in SMEs, Law Firms and Creative Agencies. ​
